Italian Meatball Recipies
Mom’s Italian Meatball Recipie
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (at least 90% lean)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tbs. of grated Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
- 2 slices of Italian Bread
Directions
- Blend all ingredients (except meat) in blender
- Mix liquid with ground beef in large mixing bowl
- Wet your hands when forming the meatballs
- Add meatballs to sauce as you make them
- Cook in sauce for at least an hour
- Makes 12 mouth watering meatballs
